Climate control

The climate control of a wind turbine nacelle ensures optimal operating conditions for sensitive technical components such as the generator, the gearbox, and the electronic components ─ even in bad weather. This helps to prevent standstill times, extends the operating life of components, and maintains the efficiency of the plants.

Our sensors for climate control of the wind turbine nacelle

Great nacelle climate

Temperature and moisture sensors acquire the environmental influences inside the nacelle at various points to protect it from corrosion. In addition, temperature and pressure sensors are used to test filters and ventilation systems while flow sensors monitor the flow and possible leaks of coolants and oil. All these complex tasks are easily mastered by our sensor technology.
